"Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Kiku-Zakura Japanese Cuisine at Mid Valley KL From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top-notch ! Staff were super friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the meal . The food was amazing! • Avocado Kani Salad was fresh, creamy, and beautifully plated • Gyoza was juicy and perfect ! • Udon was warm, comforting and flavorful • Pisang Goreng with Ice Cream was the perfect sweet surprise to end the night The ambience was so cozy and calm , with a lovely fish tank featuring a majestic arowana that added a nice touch to the dining vibe. Everything, from food to service to the environment was a solid 5/5! Highly recommended for date nights, family dinners, or anyone craving good Japanese food in a relaxed setting! Will definitely be coming back!"

"First time trying this Jap Restaurant and we love it! Menu has a good selection of dishes that will suit diners of all ages and preferences. We had a very satisfying dinner with well-cooked dishes and fresh sashimi. Service was also top notched and we were offered piping hot towels pre- and post-dinner. Will definitely come back again when I visit KL. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Efficient in attending to customer. Food always served hot. Sashimi cut is thick and fresh. Comfortable environment. They served full Japanese food menu. For those who are willing to pay this is a restaurant that is value for money. Price will not the mid low range, given their quality is target for customer who loves authentic jap food."

"This restaurant is located inside Mid Valley Megamall. It was my first time visiting. I had the Seafood Tendon To Mini Udon Set and Yasai Maki To Tanuki Udon. The seafood tempura and udon were delicious. The portions were very generous; I was really full. The staff is polite and friendly, and the service is good. Prices are reasonable."

"Came on a Saturday night. Not too crowded. Kinda surprised why its overall rating was so low. Staff were attentive and the Mgr (i assumed) was also good. Food overall was yummy and delicious except for the skewered items. Those sucks n way too dry but all other ordered items were . We enjoyed our dinner and will be back if we visit KL again"

"Came in with low expectations after seeing the 3.4 stars rating, just wanted a quick meal anyway, but was pleasantly surprised. Fresh sashimi, decently grilled salmon, and attentive service. The place deserves a little more credit than it’s getting."
